If your item arrived damaged or incorrect, please include photos of the item and packaging where possible.

Business & Partnership Inquiries

For wholesale or partnership inquiries, email support@perchfy.com with “Partnership Inquiry” in the subject line. Please include your business name and a brief description of your proposal.

Returns

Please contact us before sending back an item. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address according to our Return Policy.

Do not send returns to the address on your shipping label unless we have confirmed it as the authorized return address.
