How to Track Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number and tracking link.

Open the email and click the tracking link to view the latest delivery updates.

Order Processing & Tracking Updates

Please allow 1–3 business days for your order to be processed before shipment.

After you receive your Shipping Confirmation email, tracking information may take 24–48 hours to appear on the carrier’s website.

Estimated Standard Delivery Times

Estimated transit times after shipment are:

• United States: 7–15 business days

• Canada: 7–15 business days

• Australia: 7–15 business days

These estimates do not include the 1–3 business days required for order processing. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.

Delivery times are estimates. Customs clearance, carrier disruptions, severe weather, and holiday shipping volumes may cause delays.

Can’t Find Your Tracking Number?

Please check your spam, junk, or promotions folder for your Shipping Confirmation email.

If more than 3 business days have passed since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation or delay notification, contact us with your order number.

Need Help?

If your tracking information remains unavailable after 48 hours, your shipment is past its estimated delivery window, or tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, please contact us so we can help investigate.
